Japanese Stir Fried Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Pork roast | 7 Ounce | |
| 6 leaves cabbage, cut in slivers | ||
| Bean sprouts | 7 Ounce | |
| 2 small green peppers, cut in slivers | ||
| Boiling water | 1/4 Pound, cooked, drained | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Nori seaweed, roasted and crushed fmominorij, OR sesame, paprika, or dried parsley | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a frying pan saute the pork and vegetables in the oil over medium heat for 2-3 min until tender, season with salt and pepper; remove and keep aside.
2) Add the noodles to the frying pan and fry in the oil for 3 min over medium heat; now add the sauted the pork and vegetables; season with Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and fry for further 1 1/2 to 2 min.
SERVING
3) Sprinkle nori seaweed and serve nice plates.
