Ingredients

 Vegetable oil1/2 Tablespoon
 Pork roast7 Ounce
 6 leaves cabbage, cut in slivers
 Bean sprouts7 Ounce
 2 small green peppers, cut in slivers
 Boiling water1/4 Pound, cooked, drained
 Worcestershire sauce4 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Nori seaweed, roasted and crushed fmominorij, OR sesame, paprika, or dried parsley
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a frying pan saute the pork and vegetables in the oil over medium heat for 2-3 min until tender, season with salt and pepper; remove and keep aside.
2) Add the noodles to the frying pan and fry in the oil for 3 min over medium heat; now add the sauted the pork and vegetables; season with Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and fry for further 1 1/2 to 2 min.

SERVING
3) Sprinkle nori seaweed and serve nice plates.
