Eggs- 5nos
Sugar- 2/3 cup
Honey- 1/4 cup
Flour- 3/4 cup, sifted
Double-Acting Baking Powder- 3/4 teaspoon
Confectioners' Sugar- 2 tablespoons
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°.
2) Lightly grease an 8 x 8-inch brownie pan or 9 x 12-inch loaf pan and dust lightly with flour.
MAKING
3) In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until light, add the sugar and honey.
4) Beat until the mixture is thick and fluffy, for about 10 minutes.
5) Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture, beat until smooth.
6) Pour the mixture on the pan.
FINALIZING
7) Bake for 40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
8) Cool on the cake rake for 10 minutes. Turn on to the cake rack until completely cool.
9) Turn the serving side up and cut into desired size and shape pieces.
