Japanese Salad With Sesame Ginger Dressing Recipe

| Romaine lettuce head | 1 Small, chopped | |
Directions
1 Combine the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sesame seeds, sugar, garlic, and cayenne in a medium bowl; mix well.
2 Divide the lettuce among 6 salad bowls. Spoon the dressing evenly on top (about 1 tablespoon per bowl) and serve at once.
