Jan's Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 2 1/2-ounce package thin-sliced, corned beef luncheon meat | ||
| 1 8-ounce jar Cheez Whiz | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Light mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 8 sandwich or onion rolls | ||
Directions
Chop corned beef and mix with Cheez Whiz, onion and mayonnaise.
Spread filling on one bun; top with second bun.
Wrap buns individually in foil, and freeze.
To prepare for serving, thaw rolls and bake in foil in a preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.
