 Ham1 Pound, cut into cubes
 Shrimps2 Pound, cleaned and de-veined
 Onions1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Celery1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
 Bell pepper1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
 Garlic3 Clove (15 gm), finely diced
 Green onions1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
 Parsley1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
 Whole peeled tomatoes1 Can (10 oz)
 Rice1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Water2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Cayenne pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Dash
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Take a pan, add ¼ cup butter and 2 tbsp oil. Add onions, celery, bell peppers and garlic. Saute for 5-7 minutes. Add ham and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, green onions, 1 ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper and approximately ½ tbsp worchestershire sauce. Add the water and rice. Bring to a boil. Add ½ of the chopped parsley. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Serve with crispy french bread.
