Jambalaya Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium-size onion, chopped | ||
| 1 small green pepper, halved, seeded and diced | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soup rice | 2 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Large, peeled | |

Directions
1 Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in butter or margarine until soft in a large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven. Stir in soup, water, tomatoes, bay leaf, chili powder and thyme. (For easy peeling, place tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds.) Cover; s
