Jamaican Style Chicken Recipe
No one can eat just one is my claim for this recipe of Jamaican Style Chicken. This is the best recipe of Chicken I have ever made. It is the answer when you look for a tasty Side Dish. It is the good option for Low Carb diet followers. Believe me, just try this Jamaican Style Chicken once, you'll love it.
Ingredients
2 chicken medallions
1/2 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 hot pepper, chopped
50 ml 1/4 cup orange juice
5ml 1 tbsp Soya sauce
5 ml 1 tsp corn oil
5 ml 1 tsp wine vinegar
5ml 1 tsp Jamaican pepper
5 ml 1 tsp thyme
5ml 1 tsp sugar
5ml 1 tsp black pepper
1 ml 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 ml 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Tabasco sauce, a few drops
Directions
Place the chicken in a glass dish.
Combine ail of the other ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture over the chicken, taking care to coat everything evenly.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove the chicken from the marinade; drain well.
Place the chicken on a cooking plate and cook in the oven at 230°C (450°F) for 20 to 25 minutes, brushing the chicken lightly with the marinade while cooking.
