Jamaican Rice Pudding With Rum Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Bananas | 4 Small, mashed | |
| Low-sodium low-fat milk -2 cups | ||
| Eggs | 4 Small, slightly beaten | |
| Fructose | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Rum extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked long-grain white rice - 2 cups | ||
| Jamaican Rum Sauce - 1 cup | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
MAKING
2.Mix together all the ingredients, except the rice and sauce.
3.Now, add in rice and mix well.
4.Into a 2 quart casserole, pour the mixture and set the casserole in a water bath.
5.Bake for 80 minutes.
SERVING
6.Serve topped with 2 tablespoons of Jamaican Rum Sauce.
