Ingredients

 Bananas4 Small, mashed
 Low-sodium low-fat milk -2 cups
 Eggs4 Small, slightly beaten
 Fructose1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground ginger1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground cinnamon1 Tablespoon
 Vanilla extract2 Teaspoon
 Rum extract1 Teaspoon
 Cooked long-grain white rice - 2 cups
 Jamaican Rum Sauce - 1 cup

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2.Mix together all the ingredients, except the rice and sauce.
3.Now, add in rice and mix well.
4.Into a 2 quart casserole, pour the mixture and set the casserole in a water bath.
5.Bake for 80 minutes.

SERVING
6.Serve topped with 2 tablespoons of Jamaican Rum Sauce.
