Jamaican Coffee Recipe

I have served this Jamaican Coffee drink at bridge parties for many years now. The rum and black coffee flavors work wonders in this Jamaican Coffee. Really tasty!

Ingredients

 
30 ml (1 measure) Tia Maria
 
15 ml (1/2 measure) dark rum
 
120 ml (4 measures) strong black coffee
 
Whipped cream

Directions

Pour Tia Maria and rum into liqueur coffee glass.
Top with coffee and stir.
Gently spoon or pipe dollops of whipped cream on surface.
