Jam Doughnuts Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 quantity risen rich milk dough | ||
| Jam | 4 Teaspoon | |
| FINISH | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet.
Cover and let rise for 20 minutes in a warm place.
Make a hole in the center of each piece of dough and place 1/2 teaspoon jam in each hole.
Pinch the dough around the jam to re-form a ball.
Cover and let rise again for 15 minutes.
Fry and finish as for Ring Doughnuts.
