Jalapeno Snack Mix Recipe
|Cheese snack crackers||16 Ounce (About 1 Package)|
|Small pretzel twists||1 Ounce (About 1 Package)|
|Corn chex||12 Ounce (About 1 Package)|
|Drained pickled jalapeno slices||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), coarsely chopped|
|Dried oregano leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs) (About 2 Sticks)|

Combine the crackers, pretzels and corn Chex in a large roasting pan.
Combine the jalapeno slices, mustard, garlic, oregano and cumin in a small food processor or blender container and process until jalapehos are finely chopped.
Combine the jalapeno mixture and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave, covered, on Medium until butter is melted.
Pour over the cereal mixture and toss until well coated.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Spread over buttered foil to cool.
