Ingredients

 
1 (16 ounce) package cheese snack crackers
 
1 (Id ounce) package small pretzel twists
 
1 (12 ounce) package com Chex
 
1/2 cup drained pickled jalapeno slices
 
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
 
3 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
 
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
 
2 teaspoons ground cumin
 
1 cup (2 sticks) butter

Directions

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Combine the crackers, pretzels and corn Chex in a large roasting pan.
Combine the jalapeno slices, mustard, garlic, oregano and cumin in a small food processor or blender container and process until jalapehos are finely chopped.
Combine the jalapeno mixture and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave, covered, on Medium until butter is melted.
Pour over the cereal mixture and toss until well coated.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Spread over buttered foil to cool.
