MAKING
1) In a large sauté pan heat the olive oil.
2) Add the onion, garlic and jalapeno and cook over moderate heat until softened, about 5 minutes
3) Add the Swiss chard and tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
4) Sauté 3-4 minutes or until the Swiss chard is tender and tomatoes are slightly soft.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
