Ingredients

 Seed1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Green bell pepper1 To taste
 Jalapeno peppers1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Apple cider vinegar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar6 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 Bottle Certo Liquid
 Green food coloring8 Drop

Directions

Blend green peppers and 1/2 cup vinegar in blender.
Add sugar and remainder of vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
When you can't stir down the boil, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Skim, then add Certo and coloring.
Stir until liquid starts to thicken; pour into sterilized jars.
