| 1 medium-size green pepper, chopped | ||
| 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz), undiluted | |
| Rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Chop off the beans stems and trim the beans in 1-11/2 inch pieces.
MAKING
2.Take a 2 quart casserole and put bacon it it.
3.Cover the dish with paper towels and put it in microwave for 2 minutes at HIGH.
4.If not done, increase the microwave time by 1-2 minutes.
5.Take the bacon out of the casserole and let the drippings be there.
6.Put beans, onion and water in the casserole dish and mix.
7.Secure by covering with a thick plastic and microwave for 5 minutes on HIGH .
8.Once done, mix well and put it again in the microwave at HIGH for 9-1 2 minutes after covering.
9.Once the beans are cookes add salt and garnish with bacon.
SERVING
10.Serve hot.
