Ingredients

 Garbanzo beans1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed

 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
 4 green onions (green and white parts), chopped

 2 tablespoons each canned diced mild chilies and green hot-pepper sauce

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
