Ingredients
| Garbanzo beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Frozen peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed | |
| 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream | ||
| 4 green onions (green and white parts), chopped | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), peeled | |
| 2 tablespoons each canned diced mild chilies and green hot-pepper sauce | ||
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
Let stand 2 hours to allow flavors to mellow.
