Italian Meatballs Recipe Video

I have made many meatballs recipes. The Italian meatballs recipe is among my favorites. Here the way I make Italian meatballs. Use any sauce you like and serve it with pasta or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

 
1/2 kg ground beef
 
30 ml grated garlic
 
30 ml grated onion
 
30 ml grated parmesan cheese
 
5 ml oregano
 
5 ml celery seed
 
5 ml black pepper
 
5 ml parsley
 
1 egg
 
120 ml bread crumbs
 
favorite tomato sauce

Directions

Place ground beef on a plate.
Chop beef in small pieces.
Add garlic, onion, parmesan cheese, oregano, celery seed, black pepper, parsley, and egg to the plate.
Mix them well.
Add bread crumbs to plate.
Mix them well.
Make meatballs from the mixture.
Medium heat the saucepan.
Add meatballs to the pan.
Cover the pan, heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover pan, carefully flip balls.
Cover pan, cook for another 10 minutes.
Set aside the pan.
Place meatballs in a pan.
Cool for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Pour your favorite sauce over meatballs.
Cover the pan.
Heat for 10 minutes.
Top with parsley and parmesan cheese.
Enjoy with pasta.
