Italian Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1 Ige. onion, cut up
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
2 lb. hamburger meat
2 sm. cans tomato paste
2 paste cans water
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes
4 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. thyme
1 Ige. bay leaf
1 tbsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Pepper
Directions
Saute onion in oil; cook, but do not brown.
Brown meat in electic skillet; transfer to large pan.
Add tomato paste, water, tomatoes, oregano, thyme, onion and bay leaf.
Sprinkle with salt andpepper.
Bring to boil; put on low heat and simmer for 10 hours, stirring occasionally.
Sauce may be frozen
