Directions
Mix mince, onion and garlic together.
Cook for 8 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH, stirring every 2 minutes.
Drain well.

Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, parsley, salt, oregano and basil.

Cook a further 5 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH.
Stir halfway through cooking.

Serve over hot spaghetti.
