Italian Meat Sauce For Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound, browned | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, grated | |
| 3 6 oz. cans tomato paste | ||
| 1 No. 2 can tomatoes, cut up | ||
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 garlic bulb, broken into pieces | ||
| 1 at. water Salt and pepper | ||
| 1 at. water Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients into large saucepan.
Simmer, uncovered, on very low flame for 3 hours and 30 minutes.
If sauce gets too thick, add about 1 cup more water and simmer another 30 minutes.
Serve on spaghetti or noodles.
