Ingredients
Hot italian sausages 2
Zucchini 4 medium, sliced
Onion 1, coarsely chopped
Tomato sauce 1 8 ounce can
Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Basil 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh ground pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Directions
Slice sausage very thin; saute in teflon* skillet for 10 minutes; set aside.
Saute zucchini and onion in same skillet for 5 minutes or until onion is golden.
Add tomato sauce and seasonings; sprinkle with wheat germ.
Arrange sausage slices on top of mixture; cover and cook for 10 minutes.
