Very clear instrutions to a cook, it is a normal way to cook sausages. Prick them to keep them from exploding, brown in butter, OK add 1/2 pound of grapes, they let off a lot of juices as does the sausage, bring this to a boil - I am sure to reduce IE concentrate flavours. You cover so juices remain in pan. Sounds great-very Italian style!
Cooking a sausage is normally done in a shallow skillet.

Do I cook this in what type of pan/skillet/pot? Covered or open. Am I supposed to include water or broth? The instructions mentions "heating until boiling"...boiling in butter is not usually refered to as boiling. I love the instructions being short but I suggest you have shortened them way too much. Hire a writer who knows the "making" process through instruction and you will encourage many more to return.
