Italian Sausage Recipe
Ingredients
3 or 4 hot or sweet Italian sausages
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 green pepper
1/4 cup water
Directions
Slice sausages.
Saute until lightly browned and cooked.
Drain off fat and add sliced green pepper, tomato sauce and water to sausage.
Simmer, stirring, about 5 minutes.
