Directions

Toss bread cubes with 1/4 cup dressing
Bake on cookie sheet in preheated 350° F. oven 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Combine in a salad bowl.assorted greens, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini and bread cubes with 1/3 cup dressing.
Toss lightly.
Serve with additional dressing, if desired.
