| Pasta shells | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 250g cooked ham, cut thick and cubed | ||
| 6-8 black olives, halved and stoned | ||
| 1 cup cooked green peas | ||
| Celery ribs | 2 , finely sliced | |
| 1/2 cup thick mayonnaise | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons snipped chives or kalian parsley | ||
Directions
Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes or until dente' — just tender. Drain and refresh under cold running water. Mix ham with olives, green peas, celery and pasta. Add mayonnaise to mustard and stir enough into salad to bind. Chill, covered, for 30 minutes, turn into serving dish, top with snipped chives or parsley
