Italian Rubbed Sea Bass Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
2 T chili powder
1 T paprika
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 c fresh cilantroj, finely minced
1/2 T black pepper, coarsely ground
1 T salt
4 6 oz. sea bass fillets nonfat cookirig spray
Directions
In a small plastic bag, mix together the chili powder, paprika, garlic, cilantro, pepper and salt.
Shake well and pour onto a plate.
Place each fillet on theplate and press lightly to absorb the slices.
Coat the grill with cooking sjbray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the fillets for 3-5 minutes.
