ITALIAN RICE SOUP Recipe
This Italian Rice Soup makes for a good appetizer, especially for party meals. It is quick to make as well.

Ingredients
| Vegetables | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Spinach | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely shredded | |
| Water | 4 Pint | |
| Rice | 5 1/2 Ounce | |
| Cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Ounce |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan, heat oil.
2. Add diced vegetables and sauté it till it turns light brown in colour.
3. Add spinach. Stew till juice gets condensed.
4. Add rice, water and salt. Cook for 20 minutes.
SERVING
5. To serve, take butter in tureen and pour Italian Rice Soup over it. Top it with grated cheese.
