Ingredients

 Vegetables1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Spinach1 Cup (16 tbs), finely shredded
 Water4 Pint
 Rice5 1/2 Ounce
 Cheese3 Tablespoon, grated
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Vegetable oil1 Ounce

Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat oil.
2. Add diced vegetables and sauté it till it turns light brown in colour.
3. Add spinach. Stew till juice gets condensed.
4. Add rice, water and salt. Cook for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5. To serve, take butter in tureen and pour Italian Rice Soup over it. Top it with grated cheese.
