Italian Pork Chop Bake Recipe
Ingredients
1 jar (15 1/2 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 2/3 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice
11/2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1 small onion, sliced
6 fresh pork loin chops (about 2 pounds), about 1/2 inch thick
Directions
Mix all ingredients except pork chops in oblong baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Cover loosely and microwave 5 minutes.
Arrange chops on top, pushing them into sauce.
Cover loosely and microwave 15 minutes.
Turn and rearrange chops; stir rice.
Cover tightly and microwave until chops and rice are done, 10 to 15 minutes.
