1. In a saucepan, pour pomegranate juice, add sugar, whisk till the sugar fully dissolves, turn off the heat.
2. Add vodka, whisk all ingredients together and pout into the casserole dish.
3. Refrigerate for 5 hours, after every hour, drag a fork through the ice crystals.

SERVING
4. Serve in a dessert glass, garnish with mint leaves.
