 Cooked italian sausage/Salami1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Sliced pimiento stuffed green olives1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced
 Minced sun dried tomatoes1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained (Oil Packed Variety)
 Fennel seed1 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
 Oregano1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Eggs2
 Olive oil1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Milk1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Sour cream1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Directions

Mix dry ingredients (first five) in a large bowl.
Stir in green onions, salami or sausage, olives, tomatoes and spices.
Mix thoroughly.
In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, milk and sour cream.
Add this to a well in the bowl of dry ingredients.
Stir quickly.
Batter will be lumpy.
Fill muffin cups three-fourths full.
Bake until brown.
Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes
