Directions

tall pot put some olive oil inside, light fry the garlic and onion, pour in tomatoes, stir it with wooden spoon and smash it, add half tea spoon chicken essence and salt, pinch of peper,simmer for 10 minutes to thicken the sauce

Cook the pasta:
boiled hot water , put pasta in, add some salt , stir it, keeping boiling, cooking time should follow the instruction of the pasta, strain the pasta and put back into pot

heat the pan and put some olive oil in , put the sausages in,fry till both sides turn brown

2. 2 mozzarella
slice tomatoes and mozzarella, add pinch salt and peper, 1 soup spoon olive oil on top and put some fresh basil

some fresh basil on top of tomato sauce ( savory ) to serve
