Italian Meat Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lb. pork neck bones | ||
| 2 lb. ground boef | ||
| Onions | 3 Medium, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Tomato Paste | 3 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato puree | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hot Sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Basil | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine neck bones, beef, onions, garlic, tomato paste, 3 cans water, puree, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, stirring well, in large kettle.
Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 hours.
Add chili powder, basil, rosemary and oregano, salt and pepper.
Cook for 2 hours longer.
Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 hours.
