Italian Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients

| Boiling water | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm) | |
| Mixed italian herbs | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Dark mushrooms | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Minced ham | 1 Pound | |
| Minced veal | 1 Pound | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Stale bread slices | 2 |

Directions
Remove from heat, and stir in the next 5 ingredients.
Cool, and mix well with the ham, veal and egg.
Shape into an oval with wet hands, and set on 2 slices of stale bread in a shallow baking pan.
Brush with oil, and bake at 350°F. 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours.
Lift to a hot platter, and serve.
