Italian Meat Crepes Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
6 ounces Italian sausage
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 ounces shredded mozzarella
3 cups spaghetti sauce
12 to 14 crepes
Parmesan cheese for topping
Directions
Brown meat and sausage.
Add seasoning, cheese, and 1 cup spaghetti sauce.
Fill crepe with 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat mixture.
Roll up, and place seam side down in shallow baking dish with a thin layer of sauce.
Pour and cover crepes with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in moderate oven until bubbly about 25 minutes.
