Italian Olive Oil Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2/3 cup salad or olive oil | ||
| 1 clove garlic, slashed | ||
| Capers | 2 Teaspoon, drained | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon, minced | |
Directions
Combine vinegar, salt, dry mustard, paprika, and pepper in a jar with tight cover.
Shake until salt is dissolved.
Add oil, shake again; add garlic, capers, oregano, and parsley.
Give the jar a final shake, then let dressing stand until needed.
Before using, remove garlic and shake the jar again.
