Italian Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
THE FILLING
Mix in a blender until smooth
2 EGGS
1 LB. TOFU
3/4 TSP. SALT
3/4 TSP. ITALIAN SEASONING OR
1/4 TSP. EACH OREGANO, BASIL AND THYME
1/4 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
1 CAN (8 OZ.) TOMATO SAUCE
Turn the tofu mixture into a large bowl.
Stir in
1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1/2 CUP GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
Spread evenly in the prepared crust or in a 9" casserole. Top with
6 - 8 OZ. MOZZARELLA CHEESE, THINLY SLICED
Directions
Bake at 350° for 30 - 40 minutes or until set and browned.
