Italian Turkey Cutlets Recipe
I caught hold of this Italian cutlet recipe on my last visit to my grandmother in Italy. She has been using it for years and I love the taste of these Italian cutlets each time she makes it for me. Your family will begin loving you more know!
Ingredients
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon CRISCO® Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 pound turkey breast cutlets
How to make Italian Turkey Cutlets
Combine tomato sauce, Crisco® Oil, oregano, parsley, thyme, salt, garlic and crushed red pepper in small bowl.Spread one tablespoon sauce over each cudet.
Roll up.
Place, seam side down, in 8-inch square baking dish.
Spoon remaining sauce over cutlets.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
