Italian Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1/2 pound | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Diced tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| White kidney beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Tomato ketchup | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Dried basil leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
In medium saucepan, brown beef, onion and garlic; drain excess fat. Add tomatoes with juices and remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 15 minutes.
