Italian Tomato, Anchovy and Olive Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil- 2 ft oz (60 ml) | ||
| Tomatoes-2 Ib (1 ko), preferably Italian plum- type, peeled, de-seeded and chopped coarsely | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Fresh oregano- 1 tablespoon (15 ml spoon), OR Dried oregano- 1 teaspoon (5 mi spoon) | ||
| Anchovy fillets- 4, chopped finely | ||
| Black olives | 2 Ounce | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan, pour the olive oil and heat it
2. Tehn add the next 3 ingredeints to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until the liquids in the pan evaporates completely
3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the next 2 ingredeints, season to taste
SERVING
4. Serve warm with salads, cooked vegetables

This sauce is made at the last moment
