Italian Supper Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Romaine or mixed greens -1 quart chilled and torn into pieces | ||
| Medium tomatoes -2, peeled and cut into wedges | ||
| Small zucchini -1, sliced | ||
| Garbanzos | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Monterey jack cheese | 6 Ounce, cubed | |
| Dry salami -2 ounces, skinned and sliced paper-thin | ||
| Croutons | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Italian dressing | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a salad bowl, and add mixed green beans, tomatoes, zucchini, garbanzos and Monterey Jack Cheese, and toss well.
2. Spoon croutons and salami slices over the salad and season it with salt and pepper.
SERVING
3. Serve the Italian super salad after topping with Italian dressing.
