 4 Tivall Chargrilled Burgers
 4 fresh ciabatta rolls
 Pesto sauce4 Teaspoon
 150 g ball mozzarella, drained and thickly sliced
 12 semi-dried (SunBlush) tomato quarters, drained
 Basil leaves4

Directions

1. Cook the burgers in the oven according to pack instructions. Split the rolls in half almost all the way through.
2. Spread the bottom half of each roll with pesto sauce. Warm in the oven on the tray with the burgers for 3-4 mins.
3. Fill the buns with the hot burgers, slices of mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and fresh basil, to serve.
