Italian Style Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups cooked macaroni | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dried oregano | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 , minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except Crumb Topping and butter, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to buttered 4-cup (1 L) baking dish.
Sprinkle with Crumb Topping and dot with butter.
Bake in 350 °F (180°C) oven for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
