Ingredients

 Bacon4 Ounce, chopped
 Coarsely chopped18 , drained, rinsed
 8 ounces ground turkey, chicken or veal
 3 apples, peeled, cored and diced
 3 ripe pears, peeled, cored and diced
 Chopped1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), pitted
 Parmesan cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Butter6 Tablespoon, melted
 Walnut halves12 , chopped
 Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon, freshly grated
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Saute bacon in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.
Drain well on paper towels.
Transfer to large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Let cool, then refrigerate thoroughly before using.

what about the ground meat,do you saute meat with all ingredients or is everyhting uncooked except for the bacon?
