Italian Steak Sausage Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 lb. lean ground round steak | ||
| Coriander | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sage | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Meat | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Marjoram | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix in all the ingredients lightly and shape into flat patties, one tablespoon for each sausage
2. Place these patties on a broiler pan and broil, keeping it about four inches away from the source of heat, for three minutes on each side
SERVING
3. Serve as appropriate
