Italian Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup fat or salad oil
1 cup onions, sliced thin
3/4 cup green pepper, sliced in thin strips
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 .No. 2 1/2 can tomatoes
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or American Cheese
5 cups cooked seasoned spaghetti
Directions
Brown onions, green pepper and meat in hot fat.
Add seasonings and simmer 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cheese, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add seasonings and simmer 5 minutes.
