Ingredients

 Mild italian sausage1 1/2 Pound
 2 Eggs, beaten well
 1/4 Lb. Sharp Process Cheese, cut in 1/4 inch cubes
 Dry bread crumbs3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chopped onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Remove casing from sausage.
In large mixing bowl, break sausage apart with a fork.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Shape into a loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until done.
