Italian Sausage Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Mild italian sausage | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 2 Eggs, beaten well | ||
| 1/4 Lb. Sharp Process Cheese, cut in 1/4 inch cubes | ||
| Dry bread crumbs | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Remove casing from sausage.
In large mixing bowl, break sausage apart with a fork.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Shape into a loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until done.
