Directions

Heat oil in skillet and saute green pepper and onion about 10 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Stir in red peppers.
Cook sausages about 20 minutes in skillet until browned and well done.
Drain on paper toweling.
Cut bread in half length wise and spread with butter.
Warm in a 350° oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven; on bottom half of loaf arrange sausages and salami.
Top with pepper-onion mixture, lettuce leaves and top half of bread.
Slice and serve.
