Italian Sausage Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups celery, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces | ||

| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried oregano | 2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |

| 2 pounds Italian sausage links, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces | ||
Directions
In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish combine vegetables.
Drizzle oil over all; sprinkle with seasonings.
Add sausage.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 35 minutes or till potatoes and celery are tender and meat is done, rearranging once.
Using slotted spoon, remove meat and vegetables to serving dish.
