Italian Sausage Recipe
The Italian Sausage is a tasty meat dish that everyone in my family loves. This is often served on Sundays at home. Try this wonderful Italian Sausage recipe!
Ingredients
| 1 1/2. pounds Italian sausage links, cut into 11/2-inch pieces | ||
| 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Green peppers | 3 Medium, cut in to chunks | |
| Onions | 3 Medium, cut in to chunks | |
| Tomato sauce | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In 3-quart casserole, combine sausage, potatoes and garlic.
Cook, covered with lid, at HIGH 11 to 13 minutes, or until potatoes are tender; stir twice.
Drain; stir in remaining ingredients and cook, covered, at HIGH 12 to 13 minutes, or until vegetables are tender; stir twice.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes
