Italian Salad Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 medium head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces | ||
| 1/2 medium head romaine, torn into bite-size pieces | ||
| 2 cups thinly sliced raw zucchini | ||
| Radishes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green onions | 3 , sliced | |
| Italian or wine-vinegar dressing | ||
| Blue cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In large bowl, combine lettuce, romaine, zucchini, radishes, mushrooms, and sliced green onions.
Season to taste.
Toss lightly with dressing; sprinkle crumbled blue cheese over top.
