Italian Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups medium size pasta shells, cooked, cooled | ||
| 1 cup cucumber, halved lengthwise, sliced | ||
| Cooked ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/2 cup commercial creamy Italian dressing | ||
| 1 head of lettuce, hand torn | ||
| 3 heads of endive, minced | ||
| Tomato | 1 , quartered | |
| Mozzarella | 2 , cut into strips | |
| Parmesan cheese, grated | ||
Directions
In a bowl, combine pasta, cucumber, ham, celery and green onions.
Mix with a little dressing.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve only, place lettuce and endive into a salad bowl.
Add pasta mixture.
Toss gently.
Garnish with tomato wedges and cheese strips.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
