Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups medium size pasta shells, cooked, cooled
 1 cup cucumber, halved lengthwise, sliced
 Cooked ham1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/2 cup commercial creamy Italian dressing
 1 head of lettuce, hand torn
 3 heads of endive, minced
 Tomato1 , quartered
 Mozzarella2 , cut into strips
 Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

In a bowl, combine pasta, cucumber, ham, celery and green onions.
Mix with a little dressing.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve only, place lettuce and endive into a salad bowl.
Add pasta mixture.
Toss gently.
Garnish with tomato wedges and cheese strips.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
